Originally dating from the 18th Century, Down Cottage is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac a little over a mile outside the riverside town of Upton-upon-Severn.

The house is within easy reach of the Malverns and the Three Counties Showground. It is ten minutes drive from Junction 1 of the M50/M5 with its access to Birmingham, the South West and South Wales. We are also close to the towns of Ledbury and Tewkesbury and the city of Worcester.

Down Cottage is the detached family home of Andrew and Annabel Sanders and we offer non-smoking accommodation comprising one large self-contained Studio Room with en-suite facilities and power shower; we have available two further rooms (double/twin bedded) that share an adjacent bathroom. All rooms are centrally heated with tea and coffee making facilities and TV. There are ample parking facilities.

We offer accommodation all the year round, and provide a full English breakfast. We also cater for most special dietary requirements. Dogs can be accommodated by prior arrangement. Prices for B&B for two people sharing a room are £30.00 per person per night for the Studio Room or £25.00 per person per night for double and twin bedded rooms.
